Found out the problem. I am using AOL Cable.
I guess I'll have to change ISPs soon.

Cause in America, the gaming public cares about graphics and setting hookers on fire than other things, and people think the GC is a "kiddie" console or whatever bullshit they're spewing these days.

Yea, these are the same people have epilectic fits from watching the disney channel. They can't take the colours. Thats why a lot of people are complaining about GTA:SA. Not because it's all 'Gangsta' rather than 'Gangster' but because it's so orange.

IRT Zeus - Thats untrue. In Japan, the PS2 has been in the lead since its launch, and has consistantly outsold its rivals every year since. Here are the hardwares sales figures for the 5th of September this year, supplied by a popular japanese retailer "Media Create":
Hardware------------------Units per week--------Units sold within 2004
1. GameBoy Advance SP-------30,217 -----------------1,748,771
2. PlayStation 2---------------30,093 -----------------1,755,179
3. Gamecube-------------------5,744 -------------------466,434
4. Gameboy Advance-----------2,113 -------------------179,439
5. Xbox--------------------------303 --------------------24,547
6. PSone-------------------------105 --------------------13,139
7. Swan Crystal-------------------25 ----------------------6,681
The GC's certainly beating the Xbox in both weekly and annual sales, but the PS2 is completely out of its league. The japanese are buying the PS2 for its RPG and anime spin-off titles, which the GC has very little of. That said, Nintendo's very own GBA SP is making comparable sales; not that its any real competition to the PS2.

Random thought: what if they used the Halo engine to make a Star Wars game. Im not big on anything from Star Wars except for the original trology, but i think reinacting some of those famous battles with Halo's control system and gameplay conventions would make many gamers smile.
Alternatively, Bungie could use the engine over a war setting, perhaps reinact some of the famous battles from WWII (which would include its fair share of weapons and vehicles to take advantage of the gameplay engine). Of course, it'd take a while to adapt it for either premise, but it'd be worth it.

That would be great. They could use it for Nam, WWII, and Star Wars.
Speaking for Star Wars, Battlefront is quite fun. Not Halo fun but still fun.
EDIT: Check it. Here.

Well, only a month and a half until we get our hands on it, then the X-box will be played like its never been played before. Well, its all on next month, when the big 3 pull out their exclusive releases for the christmas boom.
GC: Metroid prime 2: Echoes - (15/11/04)
Xbox: Halo 2 - (09/11/04)
PS2: GTA: San Andreas - (26/11/04)
Im wishing Nintendo the best of luck; they have an awesome title there, but i dont think its quite mainstream enough to compete aginst the latter two titles.

Funny thing is I plan on getting all of them.
I'll probably pick up the Simpsons Road Rage, Rogue Squadron 3 this week, then Shellshock.
Then other than those you mention the other games I'll probably check into this year are:
Vietcong: Purple Haze (09/15/04)
Conflict: Vietnam (10/05/04)
Cowboy Bebop (10/11/04)
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (10/11/04)
Men of Valor (10/26/04 )
Call of Duty: Finest Hour (11/02/04)
Killzone (11/02/04)
Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal (11/02/04)
Spyro: A Hero's Tale (11/02/04)
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within (11/16/04)
Goldeneye: Rouge Agent (11/17/04)
Ghost Recon 2 (11/30/04) (Both PS2 and Xbox)
Close Combat: First to Fight (12/13/04)
(All GameFaqs dates, so don't expect them to be completely accurate.)
